These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sheets Watch Google Workspace add-on (“Service”). By using our Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

By accessing and using Sheets Watch, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our Service.

Sheets Watch is a Google Workspace add-on designed to track and notify users of changes in specified cell ranges within Google Sheets. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” and we disclaim all warranties of any kind.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on Sheets Watch, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Sheets Watch or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the content of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sheets Watch, its affiliates, or its licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service.
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers.
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service.

11. Google API Services

Sheets Watch complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We access your Google user data, such as Google Sheets data and your basic Google account information (email), solely for providing the core functionalities of the Service. We do not share this data with third parties.

12. Use of Google User Data

Sheets Watch accesses and uses your Google user data to perform the following functions:

  • Google Sheets Data: We access the content within your Google Sheets to monitor specified cell ranges for changes and send notifications as per your configuration.
  • Google OAuth User Information: We use your Google account information for authentication and authorization purposes to ensure that only you can access your data.

13. Information Sharing and Disclosure

Sheets Watch does not sell or share your Google user data with third parties. The data is accessed solely for providing core features and is not used for any other purpose.

14. Data Security

We implement strong security measures to protect the data we access, including using HTTPS for encrypted communication. While we strive to ensure the security of your data, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

15. Data Retention and Deletion

Sheets Watch does not retain any of your Google user data beyond what is necessary for the active tracking of your specified cell ranges. You may revoke access to your Google user data at any time through your Google Account settings.

16. Refund Policy

Sheets Watch offers lifetime access to the Service through a one-time payment model. As such, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. By purchasing access to Sheets Watch, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Service is provided on an “as-is” basis.
  • No refunds will be provided for any reason after the purchase is completed.
  • Technical support will be provided to resolve any issues you may encounter while using the Service.
